2011 12 24 Christmas Eve Celebration

We celebrated Christmas Eve at Stacy and Brandon's house. Richard, Teresa and Zack came for dinner. A great family time was had by all.

Once again we gathered at Stacy and Brandon's home to celebrate Christmas with our family. Richard, Teresa and Zack joined us for dinner too. Here are some pictures from this years festivities.

October 31 2011 Happy Halloween

Halloween was on a Monday night this year, so I didn't get to see the Walls and Jones, however, this really cute indian came by with his kitty cat and Selina Gomez. They had some candy and treats. The Wall girls trick or treated in Farmersville and the Jones kids were at a party in McKinney. I know they all had a great time and got lots of candy!

September 11, 2011 Dinner with Friends

On the 10th anniversary of 9/11/01 we went to a memorial service at Duncanville Church where many of our long time friends attend. After the service we went to Chaps for hamburgers and visiting. It was a wonderful evening and a little taste of Heaven.

September 9, 2011 Chloe

Chloe got to wear her uniform to school today for the first time.

I know she had a great time cheering on the Jr. High Farmers! Go Chloe! Love you sweet girl.

September 2, 2011 FIN is SIX today!

Fin, you are the sweetest, kindest little boy. You are always willing to help others and look after your baby sister and love to play with Georgia. I know you are enjoying Kindergarten and making lots of new friends. You are a blessing to our family. We love you SOOO Much!

September 1, 2001 Bella Rose turns 10

Happy 10th Birthday Bella Rose! You were only 10 days old when our country was attacked on September 11, 2001. You were such a sweet, calm baby who gave our family great comfort during those dark days of September 2001. You have grown to be a beautiful, loving, kind, and happy girl who we love so much. I hope you have a lifetime of happiness and joy. We love you Bella!

School Days 2011

August 22, 2011 meant back to school for all the grandchildren, except Larnon who is only 3. Chloe is in 7th, Jake in 6th, Landry in 5th, Bella in 4th, Georgia in 2nd, Lilly in 1st and Fin in Kindergarten. They all had fun summers and are ready to get back to learning. Love you guys and girls and I'm VERY proud of all of you.

Zella Kate McLarnon

Early this morning Emily's grandmother, Kate, better known as Nana to her family went home to Heaven. Emily was born on Kate and Richard's wedding anniversary on May 5, 1978. She was the first grandchild of the four that they were blessed with. Kate and Emily had a very special loving relationship for 33 years.

Emily stayed Thursday and Sunday nights with her Nana over the recent months because Nana felt safer when Emiliy was there when she woke up in the night. Sometimes she was confused and Emily was able to comfort her and help her get back to sleep. Kate knew that she was especially blessed to have a loving granddaughter like Emily who would be there for her whenever she was needed.

Kate was blessed to have known her three great grandchildren for the past eight years. Georgia, Fin and Larnon loved their Nana and will miss her being there when they go to see Poof. They know that she is in Heaven with Jesus and that she'll be watching them and she will always be in their hearts.

Our prayers are for the entire McLarnon family during this time of deep loss. May God's arms be always around you and may you find peace in the memories of your mom, grandmother and great grandmother.

Georgia turns 8 on the 10th and Larnon turns 3 on the 11th of July

July 10 Georgia turned 8 and we celebrated with lunch at Steak and Shake so we could have shakes instead of birthday cake.

July 11 Larnon turned 3 and we went to McDonalds because that is where three year olds want to go.

Supper time at Fish Camp

My friend Becky and I went to dinner here Friday night. It is a neat family place in Royce City. The kids can fish in their pond and they serve great fish inside.

Grayson Jaggers

Cara and Jarod have a beautiful son. I got to meet him on Friday. He is so cute and tiny. I am blessed to work with Cara at DCMS!

Farm

Pat and I went to the farm on the 3rd and 4th. Enjoyed lunch with the Boscos too. We saw a mother doe and her fawn while we were riding the 4 wheeler. The poor pond needs lots of water.
