Granddaughters and Grandsons Day Out

On Monday, August 18, five of the granddaughters and I went out for a fun day.
We went to the nail shop for toes and nails. Then we journeyed in the rain to Walmart
where we purchased a Disney CD with songs from Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.
For lunch we went to Chick-fil-A and enjoyed good food and some ice cream too.
Then we turned up the music and drove over to Plano to the theatre that had the 3D
movie "Fly me to the moon" showing. All the girls enjoyed watching the flick. It was a fun
day and built a lot of memories. We dropped off Landry in McKinney and picked up Jake and
made the trip back to Rockwall.

On Tuesday, August 19 it was Grandsons day. Jake and Fin spent Monday night with us.
When we woke up (early) we ventured to the doughnut shop where the boys enjoyed pigs
in a blanket, doughnuts and doughnut holes. Then we drove to Mckinney for the new "Star Wars, Clone Wars" cartoon movie. They both enjoyed that and then we went to McDonalds for lunch and playground time. We dropped off Jake at home and Fin and I went to Target and got some Spiderman sheets for his birthday on Sept. 2.

I had a great time spending time with all of them, but boy was I tired. I had to go back to work to get some rest.
